Junior Engineer/Consultant - Embedded Systems

The Embedded Systems team within the Product Development business unit is currently looking to recruit a recent graduate in a relevant discipline to work alongside more senior consultants developing products for clients. Initially we are offering 12 month placements with a view to renewal or permanent recruitment - most previous participants have joined on a permanent basis following the initial placement.

This role requires considerable team work and candidates must be able to demonstrate good project co ordination and first-rate prioritising skills.  The candidate is expected to become involved in a range of projects serving clients across several industries.  The role requires a motivated and confident self-starter with a willingness to take a hands-on approach.

 The person
 Essential qualifications

  • a solid academic background, with at least a 2.1 in a related discipline, eg, computer science, information management, electronic engineering or equivalent
